Playback stutters

Test several channels, restart the app and router, then compare Ethernet with Wi-Fi. The buffering guide is a full checklist.

Channels will not load

Re-enter the line exactly as sent — a trailing space is the usual culprit. If it still fails, message us and we will check the line from our side.

Wrong or missing categories

Channel availability varies by plan and region. Ask on WhatsApp if you need a specific category and we will tell you which plan carries it.

Install players from their official sources, and use playlist access only for content you are authorized to watch in your region.
